  • Medical and legal assistance


    Our services include telephone medical advice, referrals to medical service providers, and monitoring of medical conditions both before and after hospitalisation. We also arrange to deliver essential medicines and equipment, dispatch physicians to cardholder locations, and handle medical evacuation and repatriation.
     
    • Medical expense and repatriation cover: up to $750,000
    • Medical emergency cover in country of residence: up to $5,000
    • Hospital benefits: up to $1,500
    • Medical cover against winter sports: up to $500

    Additionally, we provide referrals for legal and interpreter services.

  • Travel insurance

    This service includes travel advice and assistance, cancellation, curtailment and travel delay, baggage delay and hijack insurance. You can also feel rest assured with medical expenses and repatriation hospital benefits, insurance of your possessions and money, travel accident insurance, personal liability insurance and we cover overseas legal expenses. 

    • Travel assistance: up to $500
    • Cancelation and curtailment: up to $55
    • Missed flight departure: up to $1,000
    • Missed connection flight: up to $500
    • Travel delay cover: up to $300
    • Baggage delay cover: up to $300
    • Hijacking cover: up to $500
    • Travel accident cover: up to $500,000
  • Extended warranty/Buyer's protection


    To take advantage of these benefits the full payment of items must be made with a Visa card (in-store or online). Only newly purchased items are covered and only accidental damage of mobile phones for up to 180 days is covered. Cardholders are given 28 days from the incident date to submit a claim, but theft cases must be reported within 24 hours of its discovery. Limits are covered in the terms and conditions. Lastly, particular limits apply to online purchases that are not delivered or are damaged in transit.

  • Global Cardholder Assistance Services (GCAS)

    GCAS offers a set of value-added services to clients worldwide. GCAS provides multilingual around-the-clock services with over 100 toll-free telephone numbers in most travel destinations worldwide to prevent fraud and allow for the safe delivery of replacement cards or cash.

    Cards can be blocked within 30 minutes if lost, stolen, damaged or compromised. We offer emergency card replacement services and emergency cash disbursement.
