Facebook pages and websites falsely promoting a new
Absa mobile banking application. Absa has not
launched a new app through these channels.
Fraudsters may use advertisements, messages
or websites to encourage people to download
malicious links or disclose personal information.
Stay protected
- Download apps only from official app stores
- Never share passwords, PINs or OTPs
- Do not click suspicious links
- Report fake pages, websites or adverts
